We give you a full 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us to arrange a return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned except in cases where there is an issue with the order, e.g. damaged or faulty goods, delays in delivery etc. please contact email@example.com for more info.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the items are return safely and in the original condition which they were received in. Please retain a proof of postage and choose a postal method that is secure. Once the items are received we will process your refund the same day.
